Exchange and Return Guide for Made In Leathers

This guide explains how to exchange or return a leather item purchased from Made In Leathers.


What Can Be Exchanged or Returned

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged leather items

  • Items with original tags still attached

  • Items in the same condition as when received, including all original packaging

  • Items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date (proof of purchase required)


Important Information

Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Made In Leathers official website.

Some items, such as belts or custom-made products, may have specific exchange or return requirements. These details will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.


How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Kindly provide your order number and details about the item, including the size and/or color if requesting an exchange.


2. Return Instructions

Our customer service team will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.


3. Return Shipment

Please carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable protective box to prevent damage during transit.
Use a reliable shipping service with tracking and keep proof of shipment for your records.


4. Inspection and Processing

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return or exchange conditions.


What Happens Next

Approved Exchange

If the exchange is approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you, subject to availability.

Unavailable Size or Color

If the requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchange Shipping Costs

Made In Leathers will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item if the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

If the exchange is requested due to personal preference (such as size or color change), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Time Limits

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will not be processed for final sale items.


Refund Policy

  • Items in original, unused condition may be refunded within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
